Fourth Annual Monadnock Clean Energy Fair

With rising energy costs and environmental impacts, Monadnock Region residents are searching for ways to lower their utility bills and support their clean energy transition. The Monadnock Clean Energy Fair brings together clean energy solutions in one place: solar panels, heat pumps, electric vehicles, and more.

Our theme, “Sustainable Solutions for Every Home,” offers homeowners, renters, and families the chance to explore clean energy solutions with local experts, contractors, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Co-hosted by the Monadnock Sustainability Hub and the City of Keene’s Energy and Climate Committee, the fair features informative workshops, live music, delicious food, and engaging children’s activities.
The Fair will also share success stories from the Electrify Monadnock Fund, a homegrown rebate program that empowers low- to moderate-income Monadnock Region residents to make their homes healthier, more energy efficient, and more resilient by supporting the transition away from fossil fuels. Through financial assistance of up to $7,000 in rebates per household, the Electrify Monadnock Fund helps make home electrification accessible to everyone, ensuring that our region leads the way in local climate solutions.
“Come learn about electrifying your home and talk with groups that are working to create a brighter energy future for our region,” said Jen Risley, the Hub’s interim program manager. “And while you’re at the Fair, be sure to grab something delicious from the Yalla Food Truck.”
Workshops will cover Financial Assistance for Clean Energy Technology, Basics of Battery Storage, and Heat Pumps 101. For those considering electric vehicles, owners will be on hand with their vehicles to share their experiences.
